Our pride and joy – the wine cellar

The heart of our restaurant is the wine cellar, which is stocked with over 30,000 bottles of fine wines. Philipp Buholzer’s father was a wine expert, and Philipp inherited his father’s appreciation of it. He takes charge of the cellar’s replenishment and enjoys tasting new discoveries: the cellar is basically his domain!

We have eclectic choice of wines dating back to the 1961 vintage.
