Dear guests and friends of the Old Swiss House restaurant
After decades of being run with great dedication and passion by the Buholzer family, our house will enter a new chapter starting August 1: The Studer-Friedli family will take over the management of the Old Swiss House and continue the proven concept with just as much enthusiasm.
The history, the special atmosphere, and the attention to detail will remain. The unique «Mouton Rothschild» collection and the legendary Wiener Schnitzel prepared at the table will also continue to be key elements of our house.
We are truly excited about this new chapter and look forward to continuing to welcome you.
